Just bought 2 Kenneth Cole colognes, got one free which I came home and opened and it was completely empty. While testing some of the colognes, one of the guys didnt have a tester free so he coolly opens a bottle from the shelf very carefully by not tearing the plastic cover on the box.
Obviously they are opening what they want and selling them back to the customers. I cannot do anything about it now since Ive caught my flight to Bombay and am home. Have never been blindly cheated like this from any store before. Be aware of these guys, they are obviously doing this very often. I will be writing a formal complaint and attaching pictures of the bill and the empty bottle.
