Some may be asked by US gov to go ahead and renounce it and fill out paperwork, but sometimes, renouncing may not be recommended by the US gov itself.
Right, I was under the impression there was no section asking for foreign passport etc. I was mistaken I apologized. So yes, I will be writing that down on the form of course. I have nothing to hide. They sent it back in months, with more mistakes, the birth date was many years off.

My parents also had to renew the foreign passport to travel because the original certificate you are not allowed to make copy , was with the government, so I couldn't attain a US passport because I can't prove US citizenship.
